Here is a sampling of the produce grown on our farm.
We grow microgreens year round in climate controlled repurposed shipping containers and seasonally in our shade house. Microgreens are grown in high density flats and harvested between the cotyledon stage and first true leaf. This is when the nutritional content of the plant is at peak concentration. Microgreens contain up to 40 times the concentration of nutrition as the mature plants and taste great. We grow many varieties of microgreens, our most popular are the sunflower shoots, pea shoots, and radish.
We grow many varieties including several types of lettuce, kale, chard, arugula, mustard, bok choy, and more. We harvest and package seasonal salad mixes which are always a crowd favorite at markets. We love combining flavors and textures to create truly unique salads.
Fresh Herbs and more
We grow a variety of fresh herbs including basil, oregano, mint, cilantro and more. We also grow a variety of heirloom vegetables and specialty mushrooms available seasonally at local markets.
